Returns Information

We understand that at times you may need to return product(s).  If you need to make a return, in the first instance please email us at hello@flawlessbody.co.uk so that we can arrange this for you.

We try to keep things simple here at Flawless Body and do what is fair for you and us. Here are some common reasons for returns and the terms that we apply:

Shipping errors

If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong product, we will apologise and put right at our expense as soon as possible.

If you have changed your mind?

Any unused, unopened product may be returned in line with the following:

  • A full refund of the product price less delivery costs of £6/€7
  • We would expect you to bear the cost of returning the item
  • A refund will be issued once the product has been received and checked
  • Or you may exchange for another item
  • We limit this to 28 days from receipt of order

Returns must be requested by emailing hello@flawlessbody.co.uk and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please don't just send the product back without contacting us first!

When returning an item please do so with the original packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged on its return journey. Please also ensure you get proof of delivery, either by receipt or a tracking reference.

If you have received a free gift and you are requesting a refund which means that the value will no longer qualify for a free gift - this will need to be returned. If it is not returned then the price of the gift will be deducted from any refund. 

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange any unopened product. The customer will be responsible for all delivery charges. Again we apply a limit of 28 days from receipt of order.
